Chi Kung is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. We will go over several forms of Chi Kung that stimulate and regulate all of the body systems, opening up the flow of Chi (Life energy) through the meridians that are referred to in Acupuncture and Chinese medicine. These exercises are smooth and easy for anyone to do. They are done in a standing or sitting position.
