English paper piecing (aka EPP) is a quilting technique that traces its first noted origins to the 1770’s and became widely popular in England during the early 1800's. Guest Speaker Valarie Macdonald will walk you through the basics of EPP as you make a simple project. Experience of basic hand sewing such as whip stitch and straight stitch is required for this class. So grab your fabric scraps and join us for this fun and educational workshop! A supply list will be sent prior to the class. Participants need to have some sewing experience and know how to operate and troubleshoot their own sewing machine. Must register by 9/13.
