Self-Defense for Women

Don’t wait until it’s too late!  Learn assertive behaviors, use of defensive tools such as pepper spray, and effective techniques to protect yourself from an assault.  The class will feature realistic scenario training and the opportunity to practice simple but devastating self-defense techniques against a trainer in full-contact suit.  Attention Mothers!  Enroll you and one or more of your daughters (must be 14+) and receive a discount! Tuition will be reduced to $50 for mother and each daughter registered.
