In this hands-on class, students will learn how ingredient ratios, mixing methods, and baking techniques affect texture, plus tips to avoid dry or cakey brownies. We’ll make brownies from scratch and discuss easy variations you can recreate at home. Students will leave with brownies to enjoy and the recipe to bake again and again. Students will be emailed a list of items to bring to class.
