Introduce children to yoga and social emotional learning in a fun and engaging way! Yogis will learn various yoga poses, safe breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. We will incorporate playful activities such as games, songs, and stories while emphasizing self-awareness, self-care, and positive thinking. We will incorporate social emotional learning and mindfulness exercises to promote emotional regulation and stress management skills. Our yoga class is open to all children, regardless of previous yoga experiences or physical abilities. Please bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Meet you on the mat!
