This class uses traditional floor exercises utilizing a chair and yoga mat and is designed to strengthen, stretch, and relax the body.  Chair assists in lowering and raising the body to the floor and for balance exercises. Slower deeper breathing during exercise and moving slowly to piano music with the lights dimmed aid the body in relaxation.  Bring your yoga mat to class.
